We’re excited to unveil a strategic alliance between Nithin Sai Renewables and Kameleon Solar, a leading Dutch innovator in Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). This collaboration is set to redefine how integrated solar technologies are designed, manufactured, and deployed across India and the MENA region.
Under the Navgrun brand, this partnership marks a key turning point in our mission to localize the production of architecturally integrated, high-efficiency solar modules. By combining our industrial-scale manufacturing capabilities with Kameleon Solar’s proprietary aesthetic technologies, we aim to deliver world-class BIPV solutions that serve both function and design.
Through this agreement, Kameleon Solar’s distinctive ColorBlast™ technology will be integrated into our manufacturing workflow, enabling us to offer visually compelling and high-performance modules tailored for modern buildings. With this move, stakeholders, including architects, developers, and EPC firms, can now source globally benchmarked BIPV modules made locally in India, offering enhanced customization, reduced lead times, and competitive pricing.
Our facility, located near Devanahalli International Airport in Bangalore, is equipped for an annual production capacity of 700 MW and will play a crucial role in scaling production of these customized modules. This capacity, along with high levels of automation, flexibility in module sizes, and an expansion-ready design, places us at the forefront of advanced solar manufacturing in India.

As part of this collaboration, NSR’s new automated production facility will begin operations with an initial 500 MW capacity, scalable to 2 GW in its second phase. Capable of producing over 2,000 modules daily, the plant is designed to accommodate multiple cell formats and both glass-glass and glass-backsheet configurations, ensuring adaptability for various BIPV applications.
